Prof. Huang from the National University of Singapore receives visiting professorship at the TUM

At the Chair of Analytical Food Chemistry (Prof. Rychlik), the visiting professor Prof. Dr. Dejian Huang from the National University of Singapore is currently teaching. His visiting professorship has been granted within the TUM International Center Visiting Professorship Program funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Sciences and Arts from January to March 2020.

Among other things, he leads a course entitled "Evidence-based Functional Foods" for the MSc Food Chemistry, MSc Nutrition and Biomedicine and Master of Education Vocational Schools.

The National University of Singapore is ranked 11th best university in Asia in the current QS World University Rankings 2020. Prof. Huang has been one of the most cited researchers in the Agricultural Sciences (Thomson) on several occasions and has published four original publications together with the Chair of Analytical Food Chemistry.
